Nueva Vida is not a crisis hotline and does not handle emergencies. People in crisis should call their local emergency number or one of the National Emergency Hotlines listed below. Emergency hotlines are available all the time. It is very important that you reach out immediately and find the support and information you need to be safe. FAQS:

We are a small, fee-for-service clinic and collect payment at the time of service (cash, credit card, check, flexible savings accounts and health savings accounts). By not being in network we are not constrained to what insurance will allow and can provide a level of care that is right for you.

You may submit a claim for any in person therapy visits if your insurance has out-of-network coverage, and we can provide an invoice on request.

Online services and nutrition consultations are considered a wellness service and therefore do not qualify for any insurance reimbursement.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I will travel to you for your initial evaluation and subsequent treatments. This can be at your home, workplace or another location that is convenient for you. We are now offering in clinic appointments as well if you prefer to come to us!

Where will my in person visit take place?

For online services you do not as they fall under the health and wellness umbrella.

For in person visits in the state of Florida a written prescription will be required if treatment is needed for > 30 days.

If your therapist feels additional medical examination or treatment is indicated, we may encourage you to see a physician or can refer you to a physician at any time.

Do I need a referral?

Yes! I carry both professional and general liability insurance for all areas of my practice.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. Payment plans are available. All birth service fees are due by the 37th week of pregnancy and all postpartum service fees are due by your last visit with me.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?

The first session will take an in-depth look into your health and medical history, current concerns, symptoms and goals. After a thorough history is taken an initial assessment will be given to assess posture, motion, strength, balance and function. A treatment plan will then be developed that will work for you.
